Module Two

The deadline to submit all module entries for A&O Game On has now passed. Any entries received after the deadline will not be marked.

Now that you have watched Cathy's introduction video to module two, here's the question for you to answer:

What benefits can A&O offer to its clients by having an international network? 

You should draw together some ideas by researching the types of transactions that A&O works on with an international element, and why you think that a global network allows us to work on some of the most interesting and challenging mandates in the world.  Please reference in your answer at least one A&O office other than London.

You will have to do some research for your submission.  Useful sources include the Allen & Overy website, Annual Report 2009 and the legal press (The Lawyer, Legal Week) where you can access details of our international practice.
